However, the potential for a tool like FRAME can be appreciated in scenarios of greater complexity and
it is a powerful tool to support a wide variety of business flows focused on authentication systems, authorization and billing.
For this reason, the application is available in three main modifiable formulas based on the customer requirements,
each of which differs for operating parameters, possibility of extension and technical support.

- Level 3: Prioritized problem solving. Upper limit of hours for each type of
intervention included.

The customer adapts his business flow to the software and no customizations are allowed.
